Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you receive your item.

Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- in the original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
We will provide a free replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us again.
