1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store Trade Atelier (www.tradeatelier.shop).

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Ordering Process & Contract Conclusion

Product listings in our store are not binding offers.
By clicking “Pay Now,” you submit a binding order.
A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are final prices according to the Austrian Small Business Regulation (§ 6 Abs 1 Z 27 UStG) - no VAT is charged.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

5. Production & Delivery

All products are produced on demand through external production partners (Printify).

Production time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: Depending on destination (usually 5–12 business days)

Delays caused by production or shipping partners are outside our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Details can be found in our Return Policy.

7. Returns

Returns must NOT be sent to the manufacturer (Printify).
All returns must be sent to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

8. Exclusions

Customised or personalised products are excluded from withdrawal.
(Currently, none of our products fall into this category.)

9. Defects & Complaints

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days:

We will arrange a free replacement.

10. Retention of Title

Products remain our property until full payment is received.

12. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Online Dispute Resolution

We are not required or willing to participate in dispute resolution before consumer arbitration boards.
